METHOD: 

Run your frozen acai packet under a hot tap until it starts to melt a little. Add this to a food processor or strong blender with the frozen banana and berries.

Add your protein powder and, if needed, a splash of milk to help this blend together. It may take a while to break down, but be careful not to add too much milk if you want a thick, ice-cream like texture!

Once smooth, pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings - we love nut butter, granola and berries!

 

INGREDIENTS:

(Serves 1)

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 sachet of frozen acai
  • 1 handful of frozen berries
  • 1 serving Neat Nutrition Vanilla Protein
  • Plant milk of your choice, just enough to blend.
