Beetroot Hummus
Need some savoury snacking inspiration? This pretty pink hummus will make an awesome change from your usual store-bought dip. Serve it with veggie sticks at your next dinner party, spread on toast with a poached egg for an epic brunch or dollop it on a salad to give your lunch a splash of colour!
METHOD:
In a food processor, start to break down the beetroots and chickpeas into small chunks, scraping down the sides periodically.
Pop in all your other ingredients and keep blending until smooth!
