Blackberry & Apple Shake (Vegan)

Another winter dessert that you can't beat: Blackberry and Apple pie. So we thought, why not turn it into a shake? Blackberries are full of cancer fighting catechins and bursting with antioxidants. This shake will help you take on those free radicals that threaten your cells.

METHOD:

Pop all the ingredients in a powerful blender and blend on high until you have a smooth shake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg and serve.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Handful of blackberries
  • Grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice
