Gingerbread Protein Balls
Looking for a tasty sweet snack to enjoy with your afternoon cuppa? Instead of reaching for a tempting ginger nut biscuit every day of the week, how about making a healthier swap and enjoying a gingerbread protein ball or two instead.
METHOD:
First, pulse the nuts and medjool dates until the mixture is broken down into small chunks.
Add in all your other ingredients and keep blending until the mixture comes together into a sticky mixture.
Roll them into bitesized balls and store in an air-tight container.
