Chocolate and Peanut Butter Oats

It might be Blue Monday today, but nothing about this breakfast is making us feel glum! Indulgent with dark chocolate and peanut butter, but packed with protein and slow releasing carbohydrates for an energising start to the day. This recipe is naturally gluten-free and easily made vegan by switching in our hemp & pea protein blend too!

Simply place the oats, 3/4 of the milk, cocoa, peanut butter, maple syrup and salt in a saucepan on a medium heat. Stir regularly as the oats start to thicken and cook through.

Once cooked, stir in the chocolate protein, extra 1/4 cup of milk (plus more if you prefer a less thick texture) and chopped dark chocolate so this starts to melt.

Serve with extra chocolate and a big dollop of peanut butter.
