Blueberries are believed to have the highest amount of nutrients in any commonly consumed fruit or veg so will start working to replenish your body’s supply. Banana and coconut water are full of potassium to help clear that fuzzy head while chia seeds will help to regulate the flow of water in your system and prevent dehydration. 

METHOD:

    Throw everything in the blender and blend until you have a smooth shake.
