Neat Nutrition may have started with Lee and Charlie but it’s since evolved to include a team who are equally as passionate about bringing you an excellent product. Introducing the team behind all things Neat.
Lee is a founder of Neat Nutrition and former GB Swimmer. Following his retirement from professional swimming, Lee worked as a commercial strategist in the healthcare sector before starting Neat alongside best mate Charlie. Lee looks after all the boring stuff at Neat like numbers and taxes. Lee enjoys a clean and tidy office and he’s not afraid to tell you. Don’t leave anything lying around.
Charlie is a founder of Neat Nutrition and former GB Swimmer. After retiring in 2011, Charlie worked in Media Partnerships before creating Neat. He handles all Neat’s business partnerships as well as being a general all-round charming man. He can often be found cracking out random playlists for the office that almost always include Justin Bieber.
Rob is our Logistics Director and handles all the manufacturing at Neat, looking after distribution, packaging and loads more. A former swimmer too, Rob and Lee have known each other since they were kids. Rob is from Sheffield and is probably the most Northern man you’ll meet.
Cat is our Marketing Director and looks after all things customer facing for Neat. Everything you see, she’s had a hand in: website, events, PR, marketing… all the ‘fun’ things. Cat was Neat’s first ever employee and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of pop culture.
Kathryn is captain content for Neat Nutrition. She’s the creative writer, photographer and travel-lover who is the heart of our blog and recipe content. Kathryn is a lover of all things foodie and loves to work alongside a flat white or three.
Izzy is our Café Manager and Aussie import. She’s the sunshine that infuses the Neat Café with community spirit. The ultimate smoothie maker, Izzy can usually be found exclaiming excitement over pretty much everything.
