How did you get started in health and fitness?
I’ve always been into fitness from a very young age as I was fascinated with bodybuilding, from the age of 16. Starting a career as a professional dancer meant health and fitness was a major part of the lifestyle of my lifestyle.

If you weren't in this job, what would you be doing?
I would definitely be in a job that revolves around being active. I have always wanted to take rugby to a professional level as I love the sport and played it when I was younger,

What have you wanted to quit but didn't?
I tried to quit eating meat, but that just wasn’t going to happen. I lasted one day!

How do you recover from illness or feeling rundown?
I try and get as much sleep as possible, getting early nights and fully switching off. On a regular basis, I will drink 3-4 litres of water to keep hydrated everyday. When I feel like I’m becoming run down, I will take extra vitamins & minerals and take hot baths with epsom salts. Sitting in the steam room for 15 minutes helps to eliminate toxins & boosts your immune system too.

Lots of people are short on time – what are quick and easy ways to stay fit and healthy that fit a busy lifestyle like yours?
For those that have a busy schedule like myself, you can always do a 30 mins HIIT workout in your living room or bedroom before you leave the house, or after you finish work. Always prep your food if you’re on the go - there is no excuse to not be healthy! Buy your food, cook it in bulk and put into containers. You can even freeze it so you can have meals prepared every day.

Lastly, why is being a Neat Ambassador important to you?
Being part of a brand which you believe in is very important. As an athlete myself, I constantly use top market products and have used lots of different products over many years. Having a brand that I believe in, which I use day to day, is important. Being able to give my honest opinion as an ambassador as to what I think of the products, and helping to make the products the best they can be, is so valuable. In the world we live in, through social media and as a blogger myself, I want my audience to see that I honestly enjoy the products I post about.
