Madeleine Shaw's Scrumptious Protein Packed Smoothies

These three scrumptious protein packed smoothies have been created by Madeleine Shaw, using Neat Nutrition protein.

Butter Cup Smoothie

  • 1 tbspn peanut or almond butter

  • 1 banana

  • 300ml almond or other milk

  • 2 tbspn of Neat Nutrition Protein Powder 
  • 1 tbspn raw cacao powder

Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. This will last 1 day in the fridge but is best drunk fresh.

 

Green Goddess Smoothie

  • 1⁄4 pineapple, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
  • 50g spinach leaves, washed

  • 300ml coconut water

  • 2 tbspn almond butter
  • 2 tbspn of Neat Nutrition Protein Powder 
  • juice of 1 lime

  • 5 fresh mint leaves

Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. This will last 1 day in the fridge but is best drunk fresh.

 

Peaches and Cream Smoothie

  • 1 ripe peach, stone removed

  • 250ml coconut, almond or rice milk

  • 1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped, or 1⁄2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tspn coconut oil
pinch of ground cinnamon

  • 1 tspn runny honey
  • 2 tbspn of Neat Nutrition Protein Powder 

Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and serve immediately.
