Neat at Be:Fit

Last weekend, Team Neat returned to Be:Fit Fitness Festival for the 3rd time, after we launched at the festival back in 2015. As ever, it was a busy few days but we loved being back where it all started and seeing so many friendly faces!

The 3-day event made for a fun bank holiday, full of tempting samples, sweaty classes and inspiring talks from people across the health and fitness industry. As ever it was great to see so many of our partners, including Another_Space, Unit, Third Space and Core Collective, who were there teaching some of London’s best workout classes and leaving lots of people with some very red faces!

It was an amazing chance to chat to so many of you about all things Neat Nutrition whilst we sampled two of our favourite shakes from the Neat café – Good to Be Green and Sweet Like Chocolate – and our Vegan Snickers Bars and Chocolate Truffles. They certainly went down a treat and were flying off our stand!

As always it was lovely to catch up with some of our Neat ambassadors too, including Power Pilates UK Founder Korin Nolan, ex-Olympian and founder of myPilates Pete Pallai and Third Space Trainer Jamie Ray, who was vlogging away on as he stopped by to say hi each day.

On Saturday we kicked off the morning with Cat whipping up a storm with a cooking demo on the main stage. Her protein pancakes went down a treat whilst Lee and Charlie were on hand to talk all things Neat before the ultimate challenge was bestowed on them: a “protein ball off” – a definite highlight of the day. Things got very competitive as they were challenged to see who could make the best protein balls with help from audience members. Lee was controversially crowned the winner, which is still a sore subject for Charlie in the office this week!

Once again we had an incredible prize to give away for one very lucky winner, which included a Neat bundle, an outfit from lululemon, Rude Health and Mindful Chef hampers as well as Frame, Another_Space and Core Collective classes. Understandably the competition grabbled a lot of people’s attention and we’ll be announcing the winner very soon – keep your eyes peeled if you entered!

Did you manage to visit Be:Fit last weekend and pop by our stand for a chat? We’d love to hear what you thought in the comments below.
