We all struggle for motivation from time to time, and when this happens it’s a good idea to mix up your usual workout routine to make things fun again. Working in a pair, complete 30 seconds on each exercise & 30 seconds off, before moving on to the next exercise.
A1. Dumbbell squat thrusters
A2. Medicine ball slams
A3. Burpees over box (complete a burpee before jumping over a small box and repeating)
A4. Battle Ropes (15 seconds of waves, 15 seconds of slams)
A5. Prowler and press up (push the prowler 5 metres, drop into a press up & repeat)
A6. TRX pull ups
Complete 4 rounds back to back before taking a 3-minute rest
Finisher: 3 x 500m on the bike (on a minimum of level 12), alternating with your partner – go all out!
