As much as Christmas is a time of joy and festivities, there’s a scarier side to the holiday fun… having lunch with your in-laws, getting into work after the office Christmas party, and dealing with the impact of your antics on your mental and physical health. If like us, your diary is more parties than gym sessions in the lead up to Christmas, it’s probably wise to do some ‘damage control’ and try to make some smart decisions at the bar.
