Every Sunday from 2nd – 23rd July, Regent Street is becoming pedestrianised, offering visitors a chance to relax, unwind and enjoy a fantastic range of entertainment and activities along the street - entirely for free! Combining the themes of culture, style, wellness plus food & drink to create a lifestyle festival right in the heart of the capital.
During the month of July we're joining lululemon to celebrate the best of Regent Street, as they bring high intensity workout sessions to the streets of Central London. They have a jam-packed schedule of amazing classes going on throughout the month, all led by incredible trainers from some of London's best gyms, such as Psycle, Third Space and F45.
Whether it's a full-body conditioning class or a sweaty HIIT session, you're guaranteed to be getting a serious workout, so we're going to be on hand every week to refuel you guys with a free post-workout shake!
We're serving up some of your favourite Neat Café shakes using vegan or whey protein, and even giving some of you a sneak peak at one of our brand new shakes coming soon! Whatever shake flavour you choose, it'll be a well-deserved treat and a great way to replenish your muscles after a sweaty workout in the sunshine.
And for those of you who are all about Sunday being a day of rest, you can come and escape the city's hustle and bustle and find your zen at lululemon's 'Om the Move' double decker, meditation bus.
The first two weeks of Summer Streets have been amazing - the sun has been shining, the atmosphere has been buzzing and we've been loving seeing some new faces at the cafe too!
