Here at Neat we think we’re pretty lucky to call the seriously photogenic city of London our home! We're spreading the London love today with a round up of our favourite spots to photograph, to help you get those 'gram worthy snaps. There’s a few touristy favourites that we couldn’t resist, and a couple of secret spots that are definitely worth exploring.
Bywater Street Chelsea
Bywater Street is Chelsea’s version of the Notting Hill tourist trap. It might have the same rows of pretty, rainbow-coloured houses but it also has a whole lot less tourists!
The British Museum
Are you all about those white aesthetics? The British Museum is the one for you if you’re a fan of marble surfaces and stunning architecture. Take an afternoon to wander around the exhibitions and don't forget to get that money shot on your way out!
Daunt Books in Marylebone is a quaint little book-lovers haven that's become a firm favourite with the London blogging crowd. Head out the back to browse the travel books on the top floor, and stop to snap a picture from the beautiful wooden balcony.
St Pauls From Millennium Bridge
Okay, so we know this one is a little touristy, but St Paul’s has to be one of the most beautiful buildings in London and there is no better place to see it than from Millennium Bridge! Our top tip? Head there early before the commuters flood in to get the best view in town...
What would an Instagram round up be without an epic brunch spread? Daisy Green is our go-to spot for amazing natural lighting, white marble tables, and super pretty presentation - oh, and amazing tasting food too! If you want to get that drool-worthy flatlay, this is the place for you!
All about that #plantsofinstagram hashtag? We’re big fans of escaping the hustle and bustle of central London to visit Kew Gardens. The greenhouse is definitely the star of the show, and we could easily spend hours wandering around that incredible steamy land of tropical plants.
Shoreditch Street Art
The best thing about Shoreditch's street art is that it's always evolving, meaning there is always something new to discover! Head out from Liverpool Station and explore the backstreets behind Spitalfields market, wandering towards Brick Lane. The best pieces are always the ones you stumble upon out of the blue.
Fleet Street is a brilliant spot for a classic London shot. It's all about old London, with it's white marble buildings and thin Victorian houses providing the perfect backdrop for London's iconic buses. The lawyers rushing past towards The Royal Courts of Justice in powder white wigs and long flowing gowns only adds to the magic of the place.
Columbia Flower Market
What could be more Instagrammable than row upon row of pretty blooms? This crazy popular spot might be pretty hectic, but it sells some of the most beautiful flowers going, and there are plenty of cute little houses to pose by if that’s your style!
Last, but definitely not least, is another spot from the tourist trail! We can't resist The Tate Britain for a dose of classical art and it's stunning architecture. We're a sucker for capturing those signature columns when the morning light floods in...
