A twist on the delicious winter dessert. Forget the custard or cream though, these Apple Pie Protein Bites are more nice than naughty.
First blend the pecans until they break down into small pieces. Add in the dates and blend again until well combined.
Add in all other ingredients and blend well, scraping down the sides when needed. The final mixture should still have texture but no big chunks present.
Roll into bitesize balls and dust with cinnamon. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup dried unsweetened apple pieces / rings
- ½ cup packed medjool dates, pitted
- 30g almond butter
- 2 servings Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Vanilla)
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 1 pink lady apple, roughly diced
