A twist on the delicious winter dessert. Forget the custard or cream though, these Apple Pie Protein Bites are more nice than naughty.METHOD
First blend the pecans until they break down into small pieces. Add in the dates and blend again until well combined.
Add in all other ingredients and blend well, scraping down the sides when needed. The final mixture should still have texture but no big chunks present.
Roll into bitesize balls and dust with cinnamon. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
