Avocado Chocolate Mousse

For today's recipe, we're handing over to Neat pal, Katie Morgan, for a dessert recipe with a hidden green twist!:

Maybe I'm a biased Australian when I say that everyone loves avocado. But with copious health benefits, there's no reason why we shouldn't be consuming 1/2 an avocado a day! It's so versatile and can be used on your toast in the morning, in your mid-morning smoothie to keep you full, on your salad or sandwich at lunch and again as guacamole with your tacos for dinner. And now, it can also be part of your dessert too! With the hot nights rolling in, this cool avocado chocolate mousse is exactly what you need for a sweet end to the day...

METHOD:

Place all ingredients in food processor and whizz until smooth. Place the mixture in two bowls or jars and place in fridge to chill for an hour before serving to chill. Enjoy!
