Banana Nut Smoothie

Putting frozen cauliflower in your smoothie might sound a little strange, but it adds extra veggies into your day, gives your smoothie a thick, creamy texture and we promise you won’t be able to taste it! Try it out in this banana nut smoothie recipe, perfect for refuelling after a tough workout:

Banana Nut Smoothie




This super thick smoothie takes a little patience with your blender, but we promise
it’ll be worth it! Start by blending the frozen banana and cauliflower, then add the rest of the ingredients for a beautifully thick shake!

Banana Nut Smoothie (Serves 1)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 frozen cauliflower florets (large)
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop Neat Nutrition Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100ml almond milk – approx,, to blend
  • A sprinkle of walnuts to serve
