On a busy day, there's no breakfast that beats overnight oats. Simple, balanced and tasty, they'll be ready and waiting fo you to grab them out the fridge in the morning as you rush out the door...
Mix together all your ingredients until you get a porridge-like consistency. Leave to soak overnight and then just top with any tasty additions of your choice!

- 4 large tbsp plain oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 1 cup oat or almond milk
- 1 large pinch of cinnamon
