This recipe is your favourite fruit & nut chocolate bar, just with a slightly more nutritious upgrade! It couldn't be simpler either - just melt down some dark chocolate, add a little protein and your favourite toppings and freeze!
In a saucepan on a low heat, melt down the chocolate, stirring continuously. Once smooth, add in the protein and maple syrup and mix well. Pour the chocolate on to a lined baking tray, sprinkle on all of your favourite toppings and pop into the freezer until set. Once solid, break the slab into shards and store in the fridge.
