There's something about gingerbread that just screams Christmas, so we've made this delicious, festive biscuit into a Neat shake recipe. It's sweet but lightly spiced taste will be hard to resist!
Blend all you ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
Gingerbread Shake (Serves 1)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop Neat Nutrition Protein (Vanilla)
- 400ml milk of choice (we used almond)
- 1 tsp molases (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
