GIngerbread Shake

There's something about gingerbread that just screams Christmas, so we've made this delicious, festive biscuit into a Neat shake recipe. It's sweet but lightly spiced taste will be hard to resist!

METHOD:

Blend all you ingredients until smooth and enjoy!

 

Gingerbread Shake (Serves 1)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Neat Nutrition Protein (Vanilla)
  • 400ml milk of choice (we used almond)
  • 1 tsp molases (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
