Granola Bars

This simple granola bar recipe is designed to give you the energy you need to do everything you love! It's perfect for fuelling weekends spent out on your bike, long training runs, or even for hungry kids playing at the park...

METHOD:

Preheat your oven to 170c. Place your oats on a baking tray and toast until lightly brown - this should take about 10 minutes.  

Whilst your oats are toasting, add your dates to a food processor with the banana, maple syrup, and peanut butter. Pour into a bowl and stir in all your dry ingredients.

Press into a lined baking tray so the mixture is about 1 + 1/2 inches thick, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before enjoying.
