We asked Neat Ambassador Korin Nolan for her favourite protein pancake recipe, and she delivered with these beauties!

 

American Style Protein Pancake Recipe | Neat Nutrition. Clean, Simple, No-Nonsense.

 

METHOD:  

Add all the dry ingredients together in a bowl and mix well, then add the wet ingredients together and whisk. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients a bit at a time, whisking with a hand whisk to avoid getting any lumps. 

In a pan heat a little coconut oil and then add three small scoops around the pan, wait till one side starts to bubble a little, then flip!

Top with what ever you fancy. I like Greek yoghurt, berries, nuts and seeds
