Lamingtons are almost as Australian as Home and Away, so who better to create a healthier twist on the classic from Down Under than our Aussie pal Katie Morgan! 

Protein Lamingtons from Neat Nutrition

This super simple treat is as easy as pie to create. Just mix all the base ingredients together and press into a lined tin. Freeze for 20 mins. 

Mix together the coconut oil and cacao powder to make your own raw chocolate. Pour onto the base and sprinkle with lots of coconut. Freeze for another 20 mins.

Once cooled, remove from the freezer and slice up evenly. An alternative serving suggestion is to press two pieces together for the full lamington effect!
