For today's recipe we've gone totally peanut mad, combining peanuts, crunchy peanut butter and even a dash of peanut flour with sweet medjool dates and vanilla protein. For anyone who's nuts about nut butter, these protein balls are the healthy snack for you!
Start by blending down the peanuts and medjool dates until no large chunks remain. Add in all your other ingredients and blend again, until well combine and the mixture starts to come together. If needed to bind, add in an extra tbsp of milk.
Roll the mixture into bitesized pieces and store the balls in an airtight jar.
