People always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and there is no breakfast more important than on marathon day! This PB&J overnight oats recipe is super easy to prep the night before so that you can grab it out the fridge on Sunday morning. It's a great balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats that'll make sure you breeze through those 26 miles!

First, blend the milk, protein, banana and peanut butter in a blender until smooth. 

Place into a jar or bowl and mix in the chia seeds, oats and frozen berries. Leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours, and give it a good stir before serving with extra raspberries and peanut butter.
