Protein Crumpets

Sometimes, you just want to try something new and see if it works - and that's the case with this recipe from Protein Princess! Yes, we know, crumpets are the devil's food - but life is about balance so why not treat yourself occasionally?

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients together and dip the crumpet into the batter.  Heat frying pan and gently fry the crumpet using the coconut oil.  Finish off with toppings of choice.

Protein Crumpet
(serves one)

  • 1 large crumpet - Warburton's
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Casein - Neat
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • Coconut oil to fry
Toppings
  • Handful of strawberries 
  • Maple syrup
