Selasi's Green Goblin Shake

Our favourite 'baking athlete' and Great British Bake Off contestant, Selasi Gbormittah, has been back in the kitchen for us to whip up some more protein-packed Neat creations. This green goblin shake recipe might be a whole lot healthier than the sugary treats he baked on the show, but don't be fooled into thinking it lacks the punchy flavours he's best known for - combining mango and coconut water to give the classic green smoothie a tropical twist.

METHOD

Simply place all your ingredients in a high-powered blender, blitz until smooth and enjoy! 

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 very large handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop of Neat vanilla protein
