Healthy snacking doesn't get much easier than this - 3 simple ingredients and less than 10 minutes to knock up from start to finish!
Place the peanut butter, protein powder, salt and sweetener in a food processor and combine together. If needed, add in a tbsp of milk to bring the mixture together.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and store in an airtight container.
Simple PB & Choc Chip Protein Balls (Makes approx. 16)
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter - we like Pic's
- 2 servings Neat Nutrition Vegan Protein Powder (Vanilla)
- 1/3 cup agave, honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of oat/milk of choice - to bind
- Pinch of salt
