Recently we took inspiration from the classic British sticky toffee pudding to create a protein ball recipe with a little less stodge, and it's safe to say we're now totally obsessed! So this week, we've taken the same delicious flavours and have turned it into the sweetest of protein smoothies...
Add your liquid to your blender first, followed by all your other ingredients. Blend, serve and enjoy!
- 1 frozen banana banana
- 400ml oat, almond or cashew milk
- 2 small medjool dates
- 1 sachet Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Vanilla)
- 1/2 tsp toffee or caramel flavouring (optional)
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- A small handful of ice
