Blend the smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender until silky smooth and thick like ice cream.
Scoop into a bowl and smooth over with a spoon.
Dollop on the coconut yoghurt and scatter over the granola, before sprinkling over the cacao powder, coconut, nuts, nibs and a pinch of berry powder for decoration.
