Returns & Refunds
Neat Nutrition is a subscription service and when you order your Starter Box, you will be asked to set up your ongoing subscription. There will be a 16 day delay between your Starter Box order and your first ongoing subscription box being shipped. Your subscription will then cycle on the frequency you requested at checkout.
Following your first order with us, you have 14 days in which you can change your mind. These 14 days will be the period between your first box being ordered, and your second box being processed. We make this easy by naming the first box you order your Starter Box (which is a taster) and any boxes following your Ongoing Subscription.
So, if you receive your Starter Box and decide you no longer want it, you have 14 days in which to return it for a refund. We will only accept returns on unopened, complete products. So your Starter Box must be returned with a shaker and 4 unopened sachets. Returns are at your own cost and we recommend you choose a tracked service or retain a proof of postage.
Thereafter, you can cancel your ongoing subscription up to 24 hours before your next box is due to be processed. We will send a reminder email that this is coming up, so please make sure to add Neat to your address book so you don’t miss these reminders. We will not refund or accept returns on any order after the payment has processed.
