4 London Brunch Spots for Father’s Day
Forgot to pick up a gift for Father’s Day this weekend? Don’t panic! It’s the perfect excuse to treat him to some seriously good food by checking out some of London’s best brunch spots. We’ve done the research for you (it was a tough job, but someone had to do it!) and rounded up 4 of our favourite healthy, Dad-friendly eateries for a seriously epic brunch spread…
Timmy Green
As part of the Daisy Green Collection, Timmy Green is best-known for it's beautiful, marble-heavy interiors and Aussie style brunches. Their menu is hardly short on choice; we're talking epic burgers and fries, plates of smashed avocado on charcoal toast and fluffy stacks of buttermilk, blueberry pancakes. Whatever you decide on, you can expect impeccably presented, colourful dishes that pack some serious flavours. With such an incredible menu sharing is recommended, and their famous banana bread sandwich with mascarpone, berries, honey & almonds definitely can't be missed.

Ozone Coffee, Old Street
Using Ozone's Coffee at the Neat Café might make us a little biased, but Ozone Coffee without a doubt serves one of London's best brunches. Located near Old Street station, their roastery, coffee bar and eatery has a cool, industrial feel and serves sustainable dishes that maximise healthiness without sacrificing flavour or creativity. We recommend the beetroot & cumin fry-bread with crushed avo, smoked yoghurt and a poached egg or the popular eggs benedict on spring bubble ‘n’ squeak, paired with their cold brew coffee with a cherry and salted caramel milk.

Brickwood, Clapham
As one of South West London's most popular brunch spots, Brickwood in Clapham is always busy and doesn't take reservations. Yet if you're willing to queue or get there early then you're certainly in for a treat! With tables in the garden perfect for warmer days, Brickwood is a great go-to for tasty coffee, hearty sourdough sandwiches and, of course, a really good brunch spread. Try the corn fitters with halloumi, beetroot crème fraîche & poached egg, their french toasted brioche w/ hints of orange & cinnamon and a side of vanilla mascarpone or you can't go wrong with a classic maple cured bacon & eggs on sourdough toast.

The Natural Kitchen, Trinity Square
A firm favourite for business meetings during the week, The Natural Kitchen has a stylish interior and a crowd-pleasing menu, no matter your tastes. As the name suggests, it's focus is on natural, organic food, but you'll find anything from a classic full English made with butcher's pork sausage and free range fried eggs, or a sweet potato, lentil, oat and pumpkin cake with scrambled eggs and guacamole to natural greek yogurt, fruit compote and gluten-free granola.
