A few years ago kindles became the new books, and now podcasts have taken over as the hot new thing. Early mornings are tough enough as it is, so most of us want something effortless to entertain or educate ourselves during our daily commute - like pressing play on our favourite podcast. Here's some of our current favourites talking about all things health and fitness, from serious scientists to opinionated ranters and heartfelt storytellers…
TedTalks is one the original podcasters, leading the game with their short, 18-minute motivational talks discussing some pretty punchy subject matter. And TedTalks Health is no different, covering topics from mental illness to dieting, to tropical diseases. The short length is perfect to give you some much needed headspace during your lunch break.
