We’re believers in a balanced diet. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and thus, you should be having something healthy that will provide good nutritional value (porridge, eggs, avocado). However, we also understand what it’s like to live a hectic life, one where you can struggle to find time to make breakfast before or after your workout when you have a commute.
In this case, a shake with some protein, fruit and/or veg will be much better than you grabbing a croissant on your way to work. It’ll also keep you feeling fuller so you don’t make a mid morning trip to the vending machine.
