However, we also know exactly how hard this is when you have a hectic lifestyle. Finding time to make breakfast, especially before a long commute or after a workout, is no easy feat.

In this case, a protein shake will be much better than grabbing a pastry on the go or skipping breakfast entirely. If you can, try to switch this for an on-the-go smoothie with fruit and/or veg so that you’re getting plenty of nutrients, and therefore energy!  This will also keep you feeling for fuller, so you don’t find yourself making a desperate mid-morning dash to corner shop...
