Changes to Your Customer Portal
We’ve made some awesome updates to your customer portal to make managing your protein powder subscription even easier!
Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s changed:
We’ve made everything a little easier to navigate. When you log in, you’ll see a very clear next charge date at the top of your account, followed by shipping details and information on your subscription: what protein blend you have, the flavour and frequency.
We’ve added a ‘ship it tomorrow’ button if you want your subscription asap, but you can also change the date of delivery and skip a box, just like before.
The coolest new feature? You can add one-off boxes if you need to top up your supply without changing frequency! Just click ‘add products’ and make your choice. This box will automatically be shipped along with your subscription unless you change the delivery date.
You can now also view your order history, which has all the information on every order you’ve placed with Neat to make life admin easier!
All the previous functionality of your customer account is still there, we’ve just added some extras. We hope you love these improvements as much as we do!
