The Best Workouts In London: Frame

With Frame opening a brand-new studio in Farringdon just as we were planning another blog in our series of favourite workouts in London (check out our last post on UN1T, here), we thought it was the perfect time to give you the lowdown on why you should train at Frame. If anyone you know still thinks fitness is boring, this is certainly the place to prove you wrong!

Move Your Frame Farringdon | Neat Nutrition. Clean, Simple, No-Nonsense Protein.

What Is Frame All About?:

Frame was born out of the simple mantra that getting fit shouldn’t be a chore. It’s a place to move and sweat, known for our feel-good, energetic and fun-filled classes. “Sweat it out in a high-intensity fitness class; dance, shake and party like it’s 1999; or get zen with a restorative workout for the mind.

Your Average Class Looks Like:

The joy of Frame is that no two classes look the same – there’s something for everyone - dance, fitness, barre, yoga, mum-hood and strength training. They know that variety is the spice of life and so they carefully curate their timetable to make sure your brain or body is never bored. Don’t let what you think you ‘should’ be doing dictate your workout schedule - use their Mood Filter to pick what class will suit your body and mind best on the day, whether that’s a vinyasa flow and meditation or a sweaty dance cardio session!

The Best Thing About Frame:

Literally a hop and a jump away from Farringdon station, Frame is everything we could ever wish for in a fitness studio – huge changing rooms with plenty of showers, a 12-bed reformer Pilates studio, jazzy lighting to really get you in the mood for 80’s aerobics, instantly calm-inducing yoga rooms and plenty of fun toys to play within their train & fitness studios. And of course, our favourite bit is their fully-stocked smoothie bar – using our Vegan Protein – to make sure you’re fuelled in the best possible way.

Our Top Tip?:

Having a stressful day at the office? Farringdon is the first studio with a dedicated "Chill House" area, so pop in on your lunch break, grab a bean bag and pick up a pair of headphones for a guided meditation. You’ll be back at the office feeling seriously zen.
