Apricot & Carrot Protein Shake
This shake is a beta-carotene powerhouse! Our bodies convert beta-carotene into vitamin-A which is essential for healthy skin and good eye health. It also gives our immune systems a boost.
METHOD:
You'll need a juicer for your carrots and if you're using fresh ginger. Juice these both and add to a blender.
Pop in your Birch Water and Neat Nutrition Protein Powder. Cut the apricots into four and throw them in. If you're using ground ginger (rather than fresh), add this also.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
