In a separate bowl mash your banana before mixing with the egg and milk. Add in your other dry ingredients until well combined and put your batter into a large greased mug or small bowl. 

Microwave for approximately 1 1/2 minutes, until your cake has risen and is cooked through - be careful not to overcook as it will turn rubbery!
