On Saturday we made these bitesized salmon, creme fraiche and dill blinis at our protein cooking demo for Soho Farmhouse members, and it's safe to say they went down a treat! They might sound fancy, but they're actually super simple to make and are a really tasty party snack to impress your guests!
Simply place your egg, oats, protein powder and milk in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Lightly cover a frying pan with oil and place it on a medium heat. Once hot, start making small blinis by frying a couple of tsp's of batter in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
Leave them to cool before topping with creme fraiche (or a tart yogurt), smoked salmon and dill.
