METHOD: 

Combine milk, banana, vanilla extract, oats, corguette and cinnamon in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir in vegan vanilla protein and a splash more milk if you wish, and microwave for another 30 – 60 seconds. Sprinkle with cinnamon before tucking in.
