Banana Protein Pudding
Similar to banoffee pie in its flavour combination, this layered banana protein pudding jar is perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or just as a tasty, high-protein dessert...
METHOD:
In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, Vanilla Whey Protein, mashed banana, cinnamon, vanilla and honey. Blend this together if you'd like a completely smooth consistency.
Layer up in a jar, alternating the pudding mixture with your favourite granola and sliced banana.
Keep in the fridge ready for breakfast or consume as a tasty dessert.
