There's no beating a classic vanilla cheesecake, especially when paired with sharp berries - it's such a winning combination! Made sweet and creamy with greek yogurt, cream cheese and Neat Nutrition whey protein, these individual cheesecakes don't only taste amazing, but they contain an impressive 27g of protein per serving too!
Start of by making the crust base of your cheesecakes. To do this, pulse your oats quickly in a food processor until the consistency is a chunky powder, and then stir in all your other ingredients until well-combined. Press the mixture firmly into individual dishes or ramekins.
Place your bases. in the freezer for at least half an hour. Whilst they are in the freezer, start on the filling. Simply whip together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, vanilla and protein powder.
Layer the filling into your ramekins and add a stir of berries or jam on top. Place your cheesecakes back in the freezer for another half an hour before moving them into the fridge so they are ready to serve.
