Black Bean Brownies

Preheat your oven to 170c. Rinse the black beans in warm water, and add them to a food processor with all your other ingredients - except the chocolate chips.
Blend well until completely smooth. Stir in the chocolate before putting the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Cook for 16-20 minutes. The brownies should be firm but still a little soft - they will firm up as they cool. Cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting, and store them in the fridge.
