Blackberry and Apple Shake

Another autumn dessert that you can't beat: Blackberry and Apple pie. So we thought, why not turn it into a shake? Blackberries are full of cancer fighting catechins and bursting with antioxidants. This shake will help you take on those free radicals that threaten your cells.

METHOD

Pop all the ingredients in a powerful blender and blend on high until you have a smooth shake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg and serve.

Blackberry & Apple Shake

  • 1 scoop Neat Nutrition Vanilla Protein
  • Fresh apple juice
  • Handful of blackberries
  • Grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice
