A tasty and delicious shake for any day, but especially good on St. Patrick's Day! Alternatively, add less milk and make it thick for a smoothie bowl...

 

Mint Chocolate Smoothie

 

METHOD:

Pop all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until spinach is broken down. Pour into a glass/bowl and top grate some dark chocolate over the top for that final finish!

Choc Mint Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 scoop Neat Nutrition Whey Protein 
  • Spinach 
  • Chlorophyll drops peppermint flavour 
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • Ice and splash of almond milk

Top with grated 85% dark chocolate and mint leaf.
