It's your favourite chocolate bar but with a whole lot more protein, fibre and healthy fats! Make a batch on the weekend and take them to work with you, or even keep a couple in your bag for an on-the-go or post-workout snack.
Start by blending your medjool dates and cashews in a food processor until they start to break down. Once you no longer have any large pieces, add in the coconut oil, coconut butter, cocoa powder and whey protein and blend again.
Make the mixture into small, bitesized balls with your hands and roll in desiccated coconut. Store in an airtight container, or ideally in the refrigerator, for up to a week.
