Said to relieve anxiety, pain and insomnia, it's no surprise so many are jumping on the CBD bandwagon. Much research is still to be done to back up these claims, but whether you're firmly converted or still a sceptic, this berry protein smoothie is delicious regardless...
Blend until smooth, adding more or less milk depending on your desired consistency. Enjoy!
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries - we used strawberries & raspberries
- 1 sachet Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Vanilla)
- 400ml almond milk
- 2-3 drops CBD (optional)
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp chia seeds
