It's a well known fact at Neat HQ that there's no greater dessert combo than chocolate and nut butter. And these soft and gooey nut butter squares certainly hit the spot!
Mix all your ingredients together either by hand or in a food processor, except for the chocolate.
Press this into a greased or lined baking tin about an inch and a half thick. Next, melt your chocolate to go on top. To do this, place it in a heatproof bowl above a saucepan of boiling water and stir regularly until smooth.
Pour on the chocolate topping and spread smooth before placing the tin in the freezer for an hour. Once set, keep in the fridge (they can also be kept in the freezer if you prefer a frozen treat).
