Chocolate Orange Protein Cookies
Want to be the most popular person in the office? Try baking these vegan cookies which taste delicious and cater to most dietary requirements. Make sure you save one for yourself though!
Preheat the over to 180°C/350F/Gas mark 4.
Place the oats, chocolate protein, baking powder, chia seeds and sweetener into a large mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients together using a spoon.
Add the coconut oil, orange zest and juice and ½ cup of almond milk; stir to begin forming the cookie dough. (Use another ¼ cup of almond milk if the cookie dough is too thick).
Begin forming the cookies by rolling them into a ball and squashing them into a cookie – place them into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Place chunks of chocolate on top of the cookies and bake for 12-15 minutes.

- 3 cups oats
- 2 scoops Neat Nutrition chocolate Vegan Protein
- ½ - ¾ cup almond milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup sweetener of choice (I used xylitol)
- 100g coconut oil (melted)
- Zest and juice from 1 orange
- 80g -100g vegan dark chocolate
